I couldnt agree more – stay away from hunger triggering foods! Thats one of the reasons why atkins or similar diets work best for me! I dont know about you but once I ate a bar of chocolate there is always room for another one…is also has a lot to do with goal setting….I also stumbled about another interesting idea from the book
anything-fast Its actually about goal setting and how to reach your goals! In one of the bonus pdf he talks about loosing weight with this kind of method! Since I always struggle myself I will try it one day and then report back!

Goal seeting is an important part if you are serious about losing weight. Having said that, you have to actually put your goal settings into practical use to finally see results.

Yes, I totally agree. Some or most of us eat as a way to deal with stress. We should be able to combat this naturally by doing relaxation methods and always incorporate fruits and veggies to your diet as well. Thanks for this insightful post.

I have been on this plan for about 2 1/2 months not always consistently but I have lost at least 26 pounds. Now I am on it consistently and the pounds are melting off. It took a couple of weeks to see results, but now everybody is noticing the lose and asking me what I am doing. So I am doing the best I can to spread the word. I have been able to eat lots of food, and never feel hungry as I usually did on diet plans. The recipes that my wife and I have tried have been wonderful. It was hard at first to give up some of my carbs, mostly the pasta and meat sauce, or sandwiches stuffed with mayo and meat. But, I am used to it now and cruising right along. 30 pounds to go. Thanks Suzanne for your breakthrough plan.
