- Eat smaller portions but more frequently. Eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of the normal 3 meals a day. When you eat every couple of hours, you are actually giving your body just the right amount of calories it needs at that point of time in installments. As a result, there is no extra calorie left to be stored as fat.
Since you eat every couple of hours, you will feel full and energetic throughout the day as your body burns these calories efficiently and turn them into energy. This will also increase your metabolism rate and hence, you burn fat easily.
- Utilize your treadmill to the fullest. Simply walking on the treadmill only will not help you lose fat. Try increasing the incline of the treadmill. For beginners, start increasing the incline a little and once you are comfortable with the pace, gradually increase it to the maximum. Also, you can try sprinting as it can help you lose weight quickly.
The key here is to get the most mileage without investing much of your time.
